Job description

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To manage information related to career centre offerings on all online and social media platforms including career services management portal; provide information to market and promote career centre offerings; maintain accurate information record keeping of key information; report, identify and obtain relevant information for dissemination to all career centre stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Coordinate career services activities on all technology platforms including career service management portal.
2.    Coordinate information related to career centre Offerings; to Marketing and Promote career centre offerings
3.    Recording keeping and recording of Career services events; information resources; maintain information on career service management portal
4.    Handling enquiries, sourcing and sharing of information
5.    Financial information related to relevant career services offerings
6.    Coordination of surveys; and the dissemination of reports stakeholders

Minimum requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or Business Administration / Information Technology
  • A minimum of 3 years’ operational experience in Information Management environment

RECOMMENDATIONS:
  • Management of Information in HR Environment or graduate recruitment environment
  • Registration with Information Management Professional Body
  • 2 years’ operational experience in Human Resources Consulting Environment

KEY FUNCTIONAL/ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
  • Working knowledge of electronic tools (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint or any data software management portal) to manage information
  • Create information management systems
  • Collating and analysing data information for decision making
  • Working knowledge of social media platform i.e. Twitter for business; LinkedIn; Facebook; Instagram etc.
  • Record Management Systems
