Minimum requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • LLD/PHD in Corporate Law/ Mercantile Law
  • At Least two published academic journal articles or book chapters or conference proceedings
  • Securities & Financial Law (Securities Regulation, Financial Inclusion, Financial law, Banking law, Competition law, Market Abuse and Financial Crime Regulation, Regulation and Use of Fintech and AI Measures to Curb Financial Crime, Fintech and Securities Law, Fintech and Financial Markets Law)

The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.
