PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The role of the cleaner is essential for effective maintenance in the Residence.
Job description
Water filters
• Replacement of water filters in residences as requested from Residence Officers.
Meter readings
• Read power and water meters in Residences monthly. Reporting meter readings to Project Manager.
Personal development
• In-service training. Attending vocational training opportunities.
Ad hoc duties
• Perform work-related ad hoc tasks.
Cleaning of ground and workplace
• Cleaning up after replacement of water filters .
Minimum requirements
• Grade 10/ or equivalent qualification.
• Good interpersonal relations.
• A good client-services orientation
KEY FUNCTIONAL/ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
• Good communication (verbal and in writing) in English, Tswana, and Afrikaans.
• Experience in working with under stress
KEY BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
• Ethical, Numeracy, Accurate

• Time management, Teamwork
