Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. ADMINISTRATIVE WORK
· Perform all Science Centre administrative work
2. STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS
· Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports
3. OFFICE MANAGEMENT
· Coordinating daily activities of the Science Centre
4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
· Plan, organise and manage projects
5. FUND RAISING
· Compile proposals for fundraising
KEY FUNCTIONAL/ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

· Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Science knowledge

Minimum requirements
· Bachelor of Science degree
· 2 years financial experience with KFS
· 2 years experience working at a Science Centre
· Valid driver’s licence
The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.
