It will be expected that the successful candidate offers research support to academic staff members in the research unit, as well as supervision to postgraduate students in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
The successful candidate will be issued with a staff number and will have access to all the campus resources the university has to offer. A dedicated office space will be assigned within the WorkWell Research Unit, and the anticipated work arrangement is office-based. Flexibility may be negotiated but will be dependent on the discretion of the research supervisor.
