Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.      Financial Administration
2.      Operation of residence
3.      Office Administration
4.      Liaison

FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
 
·       Computer skills in Excel, Word, e-mails, and internet
·       Good organization and administration and financial skills
·       Good communication (verbal and in writing) in English, Tswana, and Afrikaans.
·       Experience in working with under stress.
·       Keeping and typing up of agendas/minutes and distribution
KEY BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
 
·       People relationships, liaise externally with parents and potential students
·       The ability to manage section heads dairy, appointments, and due dates.
·       Equal moderately temper.
·       Good management ability to handle telephone enquiries, students, and personnel at the same time

Minimum requirements

·       Grade 12 or an equivalent communication
·       3 Years’ interpersonal relations
·       3 Years’ good client service orientation


The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.
