Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Financial Management
- Manage Budget.
- Maximize income.
- Control over and under expenditure.
- KFS.
2. Management of Catering Services
- Control and manage stock.
- Quotations.
- Functions/events.
- Booking system of venues.
3. Personnel management
- Development of staff.
- Manage overtime.
- Manage staff schedules.
- Discipline staff.
4. Transformation
- Set targets.
- BEEE supplies.
5. Occupational health and safety
- Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Improve on hygiene standards.
6. Client Service
- Ensure both internal and external clients are happy.
- Monitor Complain register.
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF level 4)
- A bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in Finance or Business or related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Catering Services.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ financial management experience.
