Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·       Financial administration
·       General administration
·       Service desk support
·       Stakeholder support
·       Asset Controller
·       OHS

FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
 
·         Proficient computer skills, Office 365, financial systems such as Kuali
·         Minute taking
·         Office management
·         Strong verbal and written communication skills
·         Payments and procurement
 
 BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
·         Time management
·         Be able to work with deadlines
·         Accurate, attention to detail
·         Enthusiastic team player, positive person

Minimum requirements

·       Financial Diploma/Advanced Certificate.
·       3 Years’ financial experience with regards to purchasing and payments.

The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.
