JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teaching Undergraduate Modules
- Teaching and Supervision: Postgraduate
- Research Publications
- Community Service
- Study Guide and Material Development
- Support of Research Entity
- Initiating and Planning of Strategic Research Initiatives
Minimum requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A PhD in Curriculum Studies (NQF 9).
- Employed (a minimum of 5 years) in the field of higher education.
- Proven and comprehensive teaching and research experience in higher education.
- Author of a substantial number of accredited research articles/books/chapters in the field.
- Supervisor of completed masters and PhD studies
Functional / Technical Competencies (Knowledge and Skills)
- Have a proven record of presenting at/attending relevant national and international conferences
Behavioural Competencies
- Team worker.
- Good interpersonal relations.
