Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Operational activities
·       Administration of CHM financial processing
·       Aiding in financial planning and reporting.
·       Administration of goods within CHMSample reception, logging, scanning and other administrative tasks
·       Filing of documents.
Accreditation
·       Maintenance of quality system (ISO/IEC 15189) as per manager instruction.
Ad hoc tasks
·       As directed by manager.

KEY FUNCTIONAL/ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
 
·       KFS or similar financial processing software experience.
·       Administration of HR appointments.
·       Proficiency in Microsoft office
·       Bilingual (English/Afrikaans)
·       Computer literacy
KEY BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
 
·       Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
·       Being able to work under pressure.
·       Ability to take instruction and guidance well.
Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation

Minimum requirements

·       National Diploma in Financial Administration
·       A minimum of 3 years’ administration and client service experience
·       A minimum of 2 years’ experience of financial reporting
·       A minimum of 3 years’ experience with KFS

ADDED ADVANTAGES:
·       A minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience working with ISO 15189
·       A minimum of 1 year experience working with the LIMS system

REMUNERATION:
 
The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.
