JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- TEACHING AND LEARNING
- Teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level
- RESEARCH
- Conducting research and providing supervision for honours and postgraduate students
- ORGANISATIONAL & MANAGEMENT TASKS
- Assisting with management tasks

Minimum requirements
- MSc in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics – Lecturer
- 3 years’ experience in Higher education teaching
- 3 years’ experience in Higher education research
- PhD in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics – Senior Lecturer
- 5 years’ experience in Higher education teaching
- 5 years’ experience in Higher education research
- Experience in postgraduate supervision
- Membership of Subject societies like SAMS & AMS is desirable
