Minimum requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
· PhD in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology is essential
· Four (4) years lecturing and/or industry experience for Associate Professor level is essential
· Three (3) years lecturing and/or industry experience for a Senior Lecturer level is desirable
· Research output for Associate Professor Level is essential
· Research output for Senior Lecturer is desirable

· Registration with South African Board for People Practices (SABPP)
