Purpose of the position
A Senior Lecturer is expected to make contributions to the teaching effort of the institution, and to carry out activities to maintain and develop his/her professional activities relevant to the profession or discipline. A Senior Lecturer is expected to make contributions in research and community engagement.

The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.

Minimum requirements
- SAIPA/CIMA/SAICA Qualifications plus M.com/ or PhD degree in Accountancy is essential
- 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in Accounting subject group is essential
