Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Capturing of test and exam results

·        Make sure that test & exam results are captured correctly and timeously

Study Guides

·        Coordination of the study guides of the School of Mathematical & Statistical Sciences

Secretarial duties

·        Taking and typing of the meeting minutes of the Subject Group and handling of matters as they arise

Specific administration

·        Handling of the HEMIS system

General Administration

·        General administrative support for the Subject Group

Minimum requirements

·        Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).

·        A post-matric qualification in Secretarial or Office Administration or equivalent.

·        A minimum of 1 year secretarial or office administration experience.

ADDED ADVANTAGES:

·        A post-matric qualification in Secretarial or Office Administration or equivalent.

·        Membership with OPSA/SASPA/PAFSA.

KEY FUNCTIONAL/ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

·        Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Internet

Ability to take minutes
 

REMUNERATION:

The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.
