Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Teaching modules in Education Management & Leadership and related fields
· Teaching at all levels in higher education
· Scholarly guidance, innovation and initiation with regard, to research in Education Management & Leadership and research theory
· Involvement in community engagement programmes
· Participating in research entity

Minimum requirements
· PhD in Education Management & Leadership
· 3 years’ teaching experience in the field of higher education.
· High-quality articles in accredited and preferably high-impact journals
· Completed supervision of a Master’s degree student, and promotion or co-promotion of a PhD student commenced and in process.
