PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The project coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently management. Supporting the project manager and team members in various administrative, organizational, and logistical tasks.

Minimum requirements
• Diploma (NQF6) or equivalent in the relevant field.
• Two (2) years’ experience in project coordination.
• Formal training in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, various applicable systems e.g. Management Information System.
• Records management experience.
• Two (2) years’ experience in project coordination.

ADDED ADVANTAGES & PREFERENCES:
• Experience working on the Kuali Financial System (KFS).
• Experience liaising with international partners.

• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, office procedures and terminology.

• Effective time management.
• Confident and efficient in using a range of software packages, including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to effectively liaise and communicate with the project partners.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to prioritise ongoing administrative tasks and manage own time well, meet deadlines and delegate to team members where applicable.

• Conference/ workshop/ meeting organisation and coordination.
