PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Provide administrative, diary and other support to the Establishment Project Manager and to the whole team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Diary:
- Meetings
2. Operations:
- HR admin, Telephone, Office management.
3. Team:
- Team contribution.
Minimum requirements
· A bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in any field of study.
· A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Personal Assistant.
KEY FUNCTIONAL/ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
· Efficient diary management
· Organisation
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
· Self-starter
· Service orientation
REMUNERATION:
The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.
