Call for Postdoctoral Research Fellowships
Job description
Population and Health Research Entity within the Faculty of Humanities has two Postdoctoral Research Fellowship opportunities for 2024 and hereby invites applications from eligible individuals who obtained a doctoral degree within the last five years (2018-2023). The overall goal of the fellowship is to enhance the research and innovation culture at the University by affording recent doctoral degree holders an opportunity to contribute to knowledge production in different fields of expertise.
The fellowship will be awarded on a competitive basis, taking into account the applicant's research potential. Postdoctoral Research Fellows are needed in the following specifications:
- Demographic Studies
- Sociology
- Male Fertility
- Reproductive Health
- Food Security and Sustainable livelihoods.
- Public Health
Minimum requirements
- A completed Doctoral degree within the last five years in Population Studies or Sociology (field of study)
- The applicant must be below 45 years or younger.
