Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Administration
  • General administrative support to the director and researchers of the CSR.
  • Assist with preparation of documents for extraordinary staff (appointments, conflict of interest declarations) and postdoctoral fellow appointments and general administration (travel, visas, medical aids, SAQA requirements).
  • Administrative support for Workshops and Conferences.
Post-graduate Administration
  • Postgraduate applications, title registrations, ethics applications, progress reports and colloquiua, module marks and moderation, bursary documentation, preparation of results for Faculty Research and Innovation Committee.

Minimum requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Grade 12 (NQF level 4) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration.
 ADDED ADVANTAGE:
  • A secretarial qualification.
  • Basic financial background.
 KEY FUNCTIONAL /TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
  • Secretarial background.
  • Good computer skills.
