PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Administration of Lesedi ResidenceJOB DESCRIPTION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Management of Residence Operations.
2. Maintenance of Residence Equipment and Buildings.
3. Maintaining Residence and Student Records.
4. Assist with administrative duties on residences.
5. Attendance and participation on residence activities.
6. OHS (Occupational Health and Safety).
Minimum requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
- A minimum of two (2) years’general administrationexperience
KEY FUNCTIONAL/ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Good communication skills.
- Problem solving.
- Computer Literacy.
- Good report writing.
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork spirit.
REMUNERATION:
The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.
