Job description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The main purpose of the position is to perform Administration duties of the Residence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer student’s records.
- Liaise with Maintenance coordinator for Proper, regular, and routine maintenance of residence.
- Liaise with occupational Health and safety for safety regulations in residence.
- Promoting students social & cultural diversity and activities in residence.
- Assist with administrative duties on residences.
- Attend to and stabilize emergencies in residences.
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12
- 1-2 years general administration experience
RECOMMENDATION:
- A post matric qualification will serve as a recommendation

- Good communication skills

- Computer literacy
- Good report writing skills

The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.
