Functional/Technical competencies (Knowledge and Skills)
- Computer literacy (Word, excel, emails, data management)
- Service and maintenance of equipment (Technical capabilities, equipment and program knowledge)
General knowledge of sporting equipment found in gymnasiums, rehabilitation and sports labs, and repair thereof will be an advantage
- General knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
- General facility administration (booking of lecture rooms)
- Teamwork, oral communication, adaptability, initiative, professionalism
- Cultural and gender sensitivity
- Policies and planning.
- Qualification and/or experience within Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) will serve as an advantage
- Patient and punctual
- Oral/written communications (Friendly, well-spoken and proficient in English)

Minimum requirements
- 3 Year Degree in Human Movement Sciences
- 3 Year experience in maintenance or facility management
