Job description

  • Preparation of Staff housing payments
  • Compilation of monthly financial reports
  • General Administration duties
  • Assistance with inspection of Staff Housing Units
  • Record keeping of all staff housing financial information and attending to all administrative enquiries

KEY FUNCTIONAL/ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
  • Knowledge of the Kuali Financial System
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem solving skills, computer literacy

KEY BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good report writing and statistical analysis
  • Team work

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12 is essential
  • A post-secondary qualification will add an advantage (desirable )
  • Computer literate is essential

The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.
