Job description

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Administration of the Staff Housing Office

JOB DESCRIPTION                           
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.      Maintaining Staff Housing Records
2.      Financial Administration
3.      General Office Administration
4.      Compilation of Monthly Management Reports
5.      Rental Administration

Minimum requirements

·       Grade 12 is essential
·       National Diploma in Finance or related field is essential
·       2 year’s financial administration experience is essential
 
Functional & Technical competencies:
·       Knowledge of Kuali Financial System
·       Good communication skills
·       Computer literate
·       Good report writing and statistical analysis
 
Behavioural competencies
·       Good interpersonal skills
·       Problem Solving Skills
·       Team work spirit


The annual total remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of appointment as advertised and in line with the NWU policy guidelines.
